Turn the water on to HOT. Not directly into the drain, just slightly to one side. Place 1-3 tabs in your sink disposal drain. With the water still running, turn on the disposal. Let it run until you no longer hear a crunching sound. Disposal tabs are meant to help remove odors, clean grime and food build-up from the disposal, and disinfect hard to reach areas in the drain.
**To help clean the disposal blades, add in a few ice cubes with the tabs.
